Announcement to Cutting Master 4 (for Mac) Users:
Regarding Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.1 update

Dear Customers,

We would like to thank you for purchasing Graphtec imaging products.
Please be announced about our software update to support Adobe Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.1.

Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.1 has been available after January 7th, 2021 update.
On macOS, Cutting Master 4 is not displayed on the [File] menu of Illustrator after installing this version for an unknown reason.
However, this error is not confirmed on Windows.

We are now under the investigation of the causes. Please kindly follow the below steps as a temporary measure;

• After uninstalling Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.1, please install Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.0.1 from Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Also, re-install Cutting Master 4 (for Mac) from Graphtec website.

We will keep you updated on our progress for this matter.
