Announcement to Cutting Master 4 (for Mac) Users: Regarding Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.3.1 update

We would like to thank you for purchasing Graphtec imaging products.

Please be announced about our software update to support Adobe Illustrator 2021 Ver. 25.3.1.

Upgrading to this version on Mac with Apple M1 chip, an error message will be displayed when you start Illustrator to tell you that the plug-in software Cutting Master 4 is not available.

Error Message:
“Some of your plugins do not support Illustrator in ARM native mode.
Launch Illustrator in Intel Emulation mode to use these plugins.”

Incidentally, this error is not confirmed on Intel Mac or Windows.

We are now under the investigation of the causes. Please kindly follow the below steps as a temporary measure.

• Please re-install previous Illustrator 220 Ver. 25.2.3 from Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Also, re-install Cutting Master 4 (for Mac) from Graphtec website.
• Launch Illustrator from Adobe Creative Cloud as intel mode if using it as Ver. 25.3.1.
